In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, the Company has established the prescribed channels for receiving and managing reports, known as "whistleblowing."
Who can report?
Individuals holding roles in administration, management, control, supervision, or representation within the Company;
all workers, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, volunteers, interns, whether paid or unpaid, who provide their services to the Company;
Individuals who previously held the aforementioned roles, if the information regarding violations was acquired during their tenure, and individuals whose relationship with the Company has not yet begun—for example, job candidates or employees during their probationary period.
Scope of Potential Reports
Reports may concern any unlawful act—or well-founded suspicion of an unlawful act—related to administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal matters. The information about violations may also pertain to violations not yet committed but which the whistleblower reasonably believes could occur based on concrete evidence. Such evidence may include irregularities and anomalies (symptomatic indicators) that the reporter believes could lead to one of the violations outlined in the Decree.

The whistleblower also has the right to request a direct meeting with the Company's Supervisory Body, which manages the channels for submitting reports in a confidential setting. It will be sufficient to make such a request through the aforementioned channel, providing contact details to be reached.
The whistleblower must also clearly indicate their desire to maintain confidentiality regarding their identity and to benefit from the protections provided in the event of potential retaliation.
