EASY TRAILS & FITNESS ROUTE: along the valley there are some equipped paths which have various wooden exercise equipment with explanatory cards, suggesting the correct way to perform the exercises. The ideal way to get fit in picturesque surroundings.

TREKKING: rich excursions program, every day a different esperience is possible, with varied difficulty level and always surrounded by new charming panoramas. Alpine guides are atyour disposal.

"VIA FERRATAS" AND MOUNTAIN CLIMBING: throguh equipped routes (commonly called "ferrate") which, with the help of suitable equipment, allow you to reach in absolute safety inaccessible places too. Take the advice: respect your skills level and contact an alpine guide.

ROAD CYCLING: riding through the mountain roads and passes of the Dolomites, is a rewarding experience both for physical results and the scenario that opens up before your eyes.

DOWNHILL: it's the extreme version of the mountain biking, free ride in high altitude through the slopes and woods…for experts only.

ICE SKATING: the "Gianmario Scola" covered ice rink in Alba di Canazei, to play a sport full of excitement and fun.

FISHING: in the Avisio river, that runs from the Fedaia dam through the entire length of the Fassa Valley, it's allowed to fish (with a fishing touristic permit only). Information by Trentino Fishing.

GRASS SKIING: in Canazei at the ski lift Avisio (Strèda del Piz).It’s a sport which requires physical strength, agility and fitness.

PLAYGROUNDS FOR CHILDREN: located in every town of the valley and in some areas at high altitudes, these parks are equipped so that children can safely play. Shows for children every week. See the events calendar.

FASSALANDIA: an initiative promoted by the APT Val di Fassa with numerous activities for children: mineralogical and recreational laboratories, educational activities and outdoor entertainment, scavenger hunts, theater and puppets, as well as a rich program of themed excursions, designed to introduce children to nature and to the territory.
